I have a few questions regarding the Mileage Stopper，Is there only one mode for activation and deactivation, or are there additional modes that allow for partial mileage counting (such as 5% or 10%)?
How difficult is the installation process? Will any specialized tools or skills be required?

"installation is very easy.Inside package there is instruction.if you not know can ask us.
